Entrepreneur
Albert Soulier is a values-based leader and entrepreneur - he founded Beacon Legacy Partners, to acquire, lead, and grow one business into the long term. He believes deeply that people and culture are the biggest value drivers within an organization and is looking to join a business with a history of putting people first.
Albert has a decade of professional experiences that span across business development, investing, strategy and operations. He is a proven business leader that understands the challenges of working in complex and highly regulated industries (banking and financial services) and of operating large-scale and global operations.
Early in his career, he helped run day to day operations and led high-priority strategic initiatives at the J.P. Morgan Private Bank (Latin America division), which included offices in New York, Miami, Mexico City, Sao Paulo, and Geneva. He also worked at J.P. Morgan within the US Private Bank in Dallas as an investment specialist, where he managed investment portfolios and advised high net-worth individuals and executives on investment opportunities. Most recently, he worked as a client partner at Genpact, a global professional services firm focused on operations and digital transformation, where he led business development efforts within its FinTech and Financial Services vertical.
Albert has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and BBA from Florida International University in Miami.
On the personal side, Albert enjoys cycling, playing soccer, and golfing.
